What is the production deadline?
We try to put orders into production as quickly as possible, which typically means 2-8 weeks. The wide range is due to the need to align with the arrival times of necessary raw materials and tools, as well as the lead times for various surface or heat treatment processes, if applicable.
-
Is prototype manufacturing possible? What is the lead time for it?
Yes, prototype manufacturing is possible. The typical lead time for this is 4-8 weeks. It depends on the availability of materials and tools.
-
What is the minimum order quantity?
Since our machines and manufacturing setup are optimized for large-scale production, the minimum order quantity is 2000 pieces. In special cases, we may deviate from this.
-
What machines do we work with?
Our machinery is young and modern, using equipment from leading global CNC lathe manufacturers such as Citizen, Miyano, and Hanwha. For other CNC machines, we prefer HAAS equipment. We have 40 CNC lathes, 2 CNC machining centers and milling machines, 1 NC centerless grinder, 2 six-spindle Tornos lathes, 6 Escomatic coil automatics, and numerous additional machining equipment.
-
What materials can we process?
We have processed a wide variety of materials in our work. The materials we use include brass, copper, bronze, lead-free brass (Ecobrass), various carbon steels, stainless steels, aluminum, industrial plastics (POM, PEEK, Delrin, PVC, etc.), titanium, and silver.
-
Can we handle various surface and heat treatment processes?
Surface or heat treatment processes are carried out by our long-standing, stable business partners as subcontractors. Typical surface treatments we provide include galvanizing, nickel plating, anodizing, chrome plating, tin plating, and silver plating. Our heat treatments include case hardening, nitriding, and nitrocarburizing.
